Refund policy

Standard-size garments

You may withdraw from your online purchase of a standard-size garment without giving a reason. Notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving it. This also applies to standard-size garments made after you place your order.

To notify us, email info@ines.store with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Please include your order number.

Free return shipping

We provide a prepaid return label for standard-size returns. Email info@ines.store to arrange your label and return instructions.

Send your garment back without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Trying on your garment

You may try on your garment as you would in a shop. Please handle it carefully and include its tags and original packaging where possible. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and fit.

Garments made to your measurements

The right to withdraw without giving a reason does not apply to garments made to your individual measurements. Your statutory rights concerning faulty goods remain unaffected.

Refunds

We refund the returned garment to your original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the garment or evidence that you have sent it back, whichever comes first.

When you withdraw from the whole order, we also refund the original delivery charge up to the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your garment is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, contact info@ines.store. This includes garments made to your measurements.

For consumer purchases governed by Czech law, we resolve complaints, including any necessary remedy, within 30 calendar days of the complaint being made unless a longer period is individually agreed. This is a deadline for handling the complaint; it does not limit your time to exercise statutory rights.

Any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country remain unaffected.
