Made-to-order clothing means that a garment is only made once a new order comes in. This means we don't keep stock, and each piece is crafted specifically for you.

Because each item is made just for you, production takes a little longer than ready-to-ship clothing. You can expect a processing time of 1 to 2 weeks before your order is shipped. We'll keep you updated on the progress, and you'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Since we begin production shortly after receiving an order, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 24 hours of purchase.

We have a 14 days return policy, which means orders can be returned to us within 14 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
