Made-to-order clothing means that a garment is only made once a new order comes in. This means we don't keep stock, and each piece is crafted specifically for you.

Because each item is made just for you, production takes a little longer than ready-to-ship clothing. You can expect a processing time of 1 to 2 weeks before your order is shipped. We'll keep you updated on the progress, and you'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Since we begin production shortly after receiving an order, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 24 hours of purchase.

You may withdraw from your purchase of a standard-size garment without giving a reason. Email info@ines.store within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, including your order number. This also applies to standard-size garments made after you place your order.

After notifying us, send the garment back within 14 days. You may try it on as you would in a shop; please handle it carefully.

The right to withdraw without giving a reason does not apply to garments made to your individual measurements. Your statutory rights concerning faulty goods remain unaffected.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
